What is K-CURE Library

A library that combines a clinical library(datasets generated by hospitals and medical institutions)
and a cancer public library(datasets generated by public institutions)
K-CURE library refers to three kinds of data : clinical data, cancer public data, and clinical + cancer public data.

1. Establishment of cancer clinical library

Standardizing EMR/CDW data of medical institutions by cancer type and integrating, storing and managing clinical data
for a total of 1.65 million people on a cloud-based platform

2. Establishment of cancer public library(datasets generated by public institutions)

Datasets of public institutions for managing history throughout the whole cycle incorporating data on cancer
registration, national health examination, claim and cause of death of all registered cancer patients

4. K-CURE data opening and utilization

Establishment of the K-CURE portal and the creation of closed (regional), remote medical
data safe utilization centers to support the safe and convenient utilization of data
